1.    Working principles

(1)   Upper and lower shells are transported to the electric vibration plate by electric vibration feed, and the upper and lower shells are divided into several rows in an orderly manner through the removal of vibration source and rolling brush rotation.

(2)   Lower shell electric vibration plate is directly connected with the chain conveyor, and the lower shell is fed into the hole on the surface of the chain conveyor through the lower shell conveying mechanism.

(3)   A vacuum manipulator is installed between the main transmission chain conveyor and the automatic feeding mechanism of the distribution. The electric cylinder drives the vacuum manipulator to reciprocate between the main transmission and the disreibution mechanism. Two rows of 24 vacuum suckers are installed on the manipulator. Place the pill in a hole on the chain conveyor with a lower shell.

(4)   Main conveying template bar is installed on two conveying chains, which are driven by servo motor. The upper and lower parts of the template bar are arranged from right to left along the direction of step rotation: lower shell feeding and positioning mechanism, pills picking device, pill testing device, upper shell picking device, buckle shell device, finished and semi-finished product export device, finished and semi-finished product shunt device.

2.    Machine features

（1）The machine body is 304 material.

（2）The machine linear design, using "PLC touch screen" control.

（3）The transmission part is driven by high precision electric cylinder. The conveying chain is driven by servo motor, the other related actions are SMC high precision cylinder action, and the vibration feeder adopts the German "Eriez" vibration source.

(4) The related detection of electrical components using the German "Sick" photoelectric switch precision detection.

(5) The design output of this machine is about 3000-5000 units per hour.
